Apr 20, 2012 Posted 20 April 2012 - 08:44 AM. I just bought Nesco food dehydrator and I was wondering what was the best temp to set it at. My choices are 95F,105F,115F,125F,135F. There are more settiing beyond the thermal death ofthe magic. I live in a humid, subtropical climate.
